Order Acceptance and Availability
All orders are subject to review and acceptance. While we strive to fulfill every purchase, Tiss Living reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion, including cases involving product unavailability, suspected fraud, or inaccuracies in order details.
In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Fulfillment and Supply Structure
Tiss Living operates through a global fulfillment network. Products may be sourced and shipped from carefully selected partners, including manufacturers and third party logistics providers.
As a result, customers acknowledge that:
Orders may be fulfilled from different locations
Items within the same order may arrive separately
Delivery timelines may vary based on fulfillment origin

Shipping and Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been processed and transferred to a shipping carrier, and a valid tracking number has been issued, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
Delivered, Lost, or Misplaced Shipments
An order marked as delivered by the carrier is considered fulfilled.
If a shipment cannot be located after delivery confirmation, customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly and verify delivery details with their local postal service or surrounding premises.
Tiss Living is not liable for loss or theft occurring after confirmed delivery. Customers are advised to use secure delivery locations whenever possible.
Fraud Prevention and Transaction Security

Abusive or fraudulent dispute activity may result in refusal of future service.
Product Availability and Substitution
Product availability may vary due to supplier inventory changes. In the event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Tiss Living may, at its discretion, offer a comparable alternative, store credit, or a full refund.
Pricing Accuracy

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

Actions including fraudulent activity, misuse of policies, or submission of false claims may result in order cancellation, account restriction, or refusal of future transactions.
