Order Processing

1-3 days for 80% orders

4-8 days for 15% orders

Over 8 days for 5% orders.

Due lack of stock, customs inspection, extreme weather, etc., there may be a delivery delay.


Shipping and Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines vary depending on destination, carrier operations, and fulfillment source.

Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

United States: 7 to 18 business days
Canada: 6 to 15 business days
Europe: 6 to 15 business days
International destinations: 10 to 25 business days

These timeframes are estimates provided for convenience and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.


Fulfillment Model and Split Shipments

Tiss Living operates through a network of carefully selected fulfillment partners and suppliers. As a result, products may ship from different locations.

Orders containing multiple items may be delivered in separate packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking information where applicable.

Lost or Stolen Shipments

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue, which may include replacement or refund where appropriate.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Tiss Living is not responsible for items lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Customers are encouraged to select secure delivery locations whenever possible.


International Shipping and Customs

For international orders, additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax, or brokerage fees may apply depending on the destination country.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues, including failure to pay customs charges, any return shipping costs, handling fees, or applicable charges may be deducted from the total refund.


Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled within twelve hours of placement. After this period, orders may have already entered processing or fulfillment and cannot be changed.
